The Return Of Romanian Deadlift

I stopped to do Romanian deadlift when I increased weights to 90kg (198 lbs) + olympic barbell weight. I lost my balance so I changed to the classic deadlift. After searching informations on web to improve my technique, I managed successfully. I’m really happy, 3 sets of 8 reps and the last set, 6 reps.

1-2 months ago I think, I increased the weight of my exercises and I had pain in my left knee and slightly in the lower back after the squat. After the squat, I did the deadlift which increased my pain in the lower back. Because of that, I liked less and less the legs day
