Each month I do bodycheck to see my body’s evolution with photo, measurments, body fat(%) and my goals to have the Golden Ratio.

I take my results in the morning with my stomach empty or just a glass of water.

I calculate my body fat ( %) with the 3 site skinfold (fat caliper) with the Jackson-Pollock formula.

I talk with people who have more experience than me about calculate my body fat and I learn 2 things:

  • When I use the Jackson-Pollock formula, I must add 3% because the caliper isn’t accurate
  • I can simply use the caliper’s chart is enough.

Current

  • Height : 175 cm (5ft 8.8 in)

  • Weight : 77.1 kg (169.97 lbs)

  • body fat(%) : 4.49 % + 3 = 7.49. My caliper’s chart is 7.7%

  • Waist : 83.4 cm (32.83 in)

  • Chest : 96 cm (37.79 in)

  • Arms : 33 cm (12.99 in)

  • Forearms : 28.5 cm (11.22 in)

  • Shoulders : 116 cm (65.35 in)

  • Hips : 93 cm (36.61 in)

  • Thighs : 58 cm (22.83 in)

  • Calves : 39.5 cm (15.55 in)

  • Neck :39.5 cm (15.55 in)

Goals (Golden Ratio)
