I read a Nerd Fitness article  and I learned good stuff.

In the fitness world, there is a lot of contradictory information and it’s difficult to be healthy with this mess.

This for this reason I’ll give you  advice that my old friend Bobby told me so it’s Bobby who talks and Bobby says :

Clothes

It’s important to have nice expensive sneakers to have results. You need to have the lastest Nike/Reebok/Puma/Adidas/etc.

For clothes, you need to have spandex pants because it helps to burn fat in thighs. You burn fat faster by doing less effort.

The gym is a fashion show.

Material

You need to have a machine like Ab Coaster, Ab Roller, Ab Chair, Hawai Chair (it’s the best ) . Abs, it’s life.

A training without being exhausted

It’s stinking to be exhausted after a training session, this is why that Flex belt is pratical . This is something else, Weight loss wraps . You put that on your body and your body becomes thinner, this is cool.

Shake Weight

If you’re a lady and you want to have arms toned, Shake weight  is for you. You do it 10 minutes per day and you’ll have results.

The 562 movements machine

Do you know Nautilus machine ? It’s the same thing. You sit down, you move your arms and legs and you’ll have a pro bodybuilder’s body. Don’t use free weight because it’s really heavy and really difficult to use.

Treadmill

It’s a machine when you use it, you feel like you’re walking on a hill. It’s better than walking outside.

If you want buy everything, I advise you to take a credit. Don’t worry, your bank will like it. Look this new generation of treadmill.

Training

Most expensive gym

I advise you to choose the most expensive gym of the town with the most machines as possible. You need to avoid free weight because it’s hard to be with people who lift dumbbells and barbells.

Subscribe to all gym’s classes

You need to participate to all gym’s classes like jazzersize, boxersize, supersize, sweatin’ to the oldies, dub-steppin’ to the newies, etc. You can just do one lesson, it’s cool.

Free weight

This is for lady. You need to don’t lift dumbbells or barbells otherwise you’ll have a bodybuilder’s body. If you need to lift a weight, I advise you to take the lightest weight and do 50-60 repetitions. Attention, you must not lift dumbbell more than 1.3kg (3lbs).

Change your program all 4 hours

By this way you shock your muscles. You need to change your training program very often to prevent your body from getting used to. There is 28-day workout split, it’s excellent. Tomorrow, it’s « left arm » day.

Diet

Doesn’t change your diet

You don’t need to change what you eat. The proof is there are gym that offer pizzas and bagels . You need to take a lot of pills and shakers to have an athletic body. Diet pills, fat burner shakes, mass gainer, double up muscle building power, etc.

Supermarket

At the supermarket or grocery, you avoid all fruits and vegetables. Anything that doesn’t have labels « low-fat », you also avoid. You need to have healthy preprared meals. If on the labels there are 50 unpronountable ingredients on the label, it’s good.

Take everything that has the label « low-fat » like ice-cream, bagels, bread, cookies, french fries, etc. Takes whatever is « low-fat » is healthy.

If you don’t like to do shopping you can buy salads in fast-foods. Salads are healthy like macaroni salad, potatoes salad and deep fried ball of lard salad.

Energy drinks are excellent for you health, you can drink it like you want. It’s better than water.

Here was advices of my old friend Bobby. You smart and I know that you noticed that ALL THESE ADVICES ARE CRAP. Sadly, a lot of people think that these advices are useful and they become crazy when they don’t see results.

Fruits are bad for our body ?

I read a Nerd Fitness article  and there is good stuff.

Most of fruits comes from trees, it’s for this reason they’re healthy foods. But they’re also composed of sugar and sugar is a bad new for our body. Let’s see.

Healthy

Fruits and vegetables are planet’s plants that are full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidant and even more.

Fruits are also composed of sugar that is why we’ll enter in the sugar’s science.

A fruit can have a combination of different sugar’s type :e sucre :

  • Fructose

  • Glucose

  • Sucrose (a combination of fructose and glucose)

This combination of sugar that grow with the fruit have a different effect in our body than processed sugar and high-fructose corn syrup.

The difference is fruit’s sugar has fibers and these fibers help our body to slow absorption of sugar in our blood system .

Fruits have a lot of things good for our body and eat them for snack or before a training is excellent.

Fruits can also be part of our healthy meals each day.

Caution

When a person changes diet, an old unhealthy diet with a lot of calories and sugar for a new healthy diet with a lot of proteins and plants, this person may feel lost. Since our bodies have been sugar-dependent easily because of food industry, we must be careful.

When we want sugar, we should think to a fruit rather than a candy. By this way, we give a signal to our brain « Yeah sugar ».

On the other hand to not slow down your weight loss process, don’t eat more than 1000 calories of fruits per day. Burn more calories than you consume is the most important part to lose weight.

Since than food industry put a ton of sugar in fruits, we must be careful to not become sugar addicts. Eat fruits in moderation.

Fruit juice

I show you the scam ! It’s sugar water (apple juice, orange juice, grape juice, etc.). When fruits are squeezed in factories, there is all sugars but not fibers. And they add preservatives, another type of sugar for flavor and a lot of others ingredients. The scam is that food industry try to make us believe that is healthy fruit juices.

Here, 4 fruit juices, the most popular with the typical amount of sugar inside :

  • Orange juice – 21g of sugar
  • Apple juice – 28g of sugar
  • Cranberry juice – 37g of sugar
  • Grap juice – 38g of sugar

Make a comparison, a 33cl (12oz) of Coke contains 49g of sugar. These numbers are interesting, right ? Do you see the scam ?

Dried fruits

Dried fruits keep healthy vitamins and healthy minerals from fresh fruits and it’s very convenient to carry. It’s convenient for snacks but you have to eat if really with moderation.

We can eat a huge amount of dried fruits because they’re dehydrated then they take less space in the stomac than fresh fruits. The results is than we can have an overconsumption of sugar and calories very quickly.

A tiny handful (a small quarter of cup) of dried grape = 130 calories and 30g of sugar.

Tips

Eat dried fruits to a limited amount and avoid fruit juice unless you squeeze it yourself.

If you’re healthy, continue to eat fruits like you do if it works.

If it’s hard to lose weight and you eat a lot of fruits in your diet, increase your consumption of healthy lipid, protein, vegetable and decrease your consumption of fruits.

If you want to lose weight, eat real fruits in moderation and rarely dried fruits and canned fruits.

I know you’re smart then appreciate fruits and be aware of what you eat.

Sometimes We Are Struggling To Be Healthy

I read a Nerd Fitness article  and there is good stuff.

Doing things we know we need to do may sometimes seem impossible. We know we can have a better lifestyle to « stay motivated » and « get focused ». And yet when we work on a long-term project, we have the impression of always starting from scratch.

We doubt : « What’s happening ? Why I can’t do it anymore ? »

  • I know I need to eat better

    But after cook healthy meals for one week, I don’t have the time to cook and I buy pre-prepared meals.

  • I know I need to train more often

    But after train for one week, I’m less motivated, I see no result and I’m demoralised.

  • I still have a good physique

    But I try to have an athletic body like the pros but it’s always frustrating.

I already tought about it and I think you too. Change this situation can be useless if we aren’t well prepared. It’s like a video game when you will fight a Boss with 50 % of your life without potions.

Boost your inventary

It’s real, I advise to everybody to prepare their meal of the day in advance (like my Instagram’s video) to have health meals. And I advise you to eat 1-3 time per week in a restaurant (see tips for eating at restaurant and staying healthy).

There is the perfect plan and the realistic plan. We like prepared perfect plans to reach our goals but in reality, it’s harder. An imperfect plan executed is better than a perfect plan poorly executed.

  • Potion

    You can go in a restaurant to eat a big plate of rice, protein and vegetables. It’s quickly prepared, it’s not expensive and you have healthy foods in your body.

  • Improve weapons

    Find a blender with a good motor to do fruits/vegetables shakes. It’s perfect for a snack at 16h (4pm).

  • Improve your armor

    Buy a rice cooker to save your time in evening.

These elements help you to reach more easily your daily calories goal. I have never plan my meals for all the year, I plan what I will eat each week (when I go to the supermarket) and each day, I do my best to eat as healthily as possible despite the unexpected. It’s this imperfect plan that I use and I see results ! If I had continued to follow my perfect plan, I think I would have given up because of my environment.

Now, when I see old friends they’re surprised to see how my physique changed better and there are some who jealous me (but there is less brawl than before, it’s cool).

In a video game, when you will fight against a new Boss, you will have the maximum of potions to have the maximum chance of winning. When you attack a new problem in your life, adjust your priorities to build a new habit or miss your attempt to be healthy.

Mercenary and strategy guide

In a video game, you can have mercenaries to help you to fight the Boss and you can unlocked strategies can help you have the advantage.

You used strategy guides or tutarial video to help you to beat a difficult Boss. Some people say it’s « cheat » but it’s up to you to follow instructions and execute them properly for it to work.

In life, you can also have mercernaries and strategy guides. You can find tutorials like « How to do squat properly » or « How to create your workout plan » but often it’s our lack of knowledge or lack of confidence that keeps us from succeeding.

Have a great mercenary (personal trainer) to reach your goal who all times yelling, prodding, educating and helping you to have results. Just have somebody to help you for one session or for one week can do the difference between long term success and long term frustration.

That means you need to have a mercenary (personal trainer) forever ? No, but it’s good to have the opportunity for several months to learn from a great mercenary (personal trainer) to follow the patterns set out in a strategy guide to have confidence to attack the Boss without being assisted.

A victory is a victory

When you try to fight the Boss, all that matter is that you have 1 % of life when the Boss has 0 %. This can be an ungly fight and even you used 10 potions, this victory is important to continue. It’s for this reason you buy potions and upgrade your armor. This is what make the difference between victory and throw your controller against the wall.

The life is the same and it’s important to organize priorities to have success :

  • Discuss with your family about the financial investment to have a better health (gym, mercenary)

  • Save money to by health product and have tools necessary to avoid to eat at restaurants everydays.

Organize your priorities to reach your fitness goals and others aspects of your life, right now. There are Bosses that you fight with 50 % of your life ?

  • Hard to meditate everydays ?

    Use calm.com  and follow the 2 minutes of meditation guide (strategy guide).

  • Hard to start yoga ?

    Subscibe to a yoga class for a month to learn movements. By this way, you will have more confident to do yoga at home (mercenary).

  • Hard to eat better ?

    Seek in Craiglist or another website that do the same thing and find a Chef to prepare meals for you at a reasonable price for a month (improve inventory)

  • Hard to walk more ?

    Buy a Fitbit and train you body to walk 10 000 step each day until you can do it without technological assistance (improve armor).

  • Hard to do squat and deadlift properly ?

    Hire a personal trainer to learn properly to do squat and deadlift. Contact this personal trainer one month later to check your technique (mercenary).

  • Hard to learn a new language ?

    Use iTalki.com  and speak with a native speaker and in exchange you learn to him/her your native language. (improve your group).

Yes, it’s possible. You will try several times and you will do several mistakes to improve yourself and it will be difficult. The most important is to know why you do all these things and not the others. It’s to improve your lifestyle and you’re the only person to do it.

Calories Are Good Or Bad

I read a Nerd Fitness article and there is good stuff.

In the world of nutrition, we can find contradictory things. It depends of the point of view of people about food :

  • I’m Paleo and I eat only meat, vegetables, fruits and nuts.

  • My diet is based on my macros (protein, carbs, fats). Paleo is ridiculous.

  • Fool, a calorie is a calorie. You can lose weight by eating less.

  • I have a good physique and I eat pizza. I’m weird

Each person has his/her vision about « eat healthy ». It for this reason that this theme is confused with a lot of contradictory scientific studies.

A calorie is a unit of energy

This is the equalent of 4.184 absolute joules (that is different of 1.21 gigawatts.

Here what is means : 1 calorie of food is equivalent to 1 kilocalorie that is the amount of energy required to increase the temperature of 1gr of water from 15C° to 16C°.

In a certain way we can say that a calorie is a calorie but what is interrests us is « does different kind of calorie affect our body differently ? »

  • Is what 1000 calories of cookies is the same as 1000 calories of grass-fed steak and vegetable ?

  • Does our body treat these foods differently or it’s only energy in and energy out ?

  • Does the type of food affect our body other than just to lose weight and gain muscle ?

These questions create a lot of debates and on internet everything is amplified with people who show scientific studies. Internet is good to debate but we’ll go deeper.

First step

It doesn’t matter the « nutritional philosophy » you have, but something is obvious. How you eat is responsible of 80-90 % of your success ou your failure.

You can improve you cardiovascular heath by running a lot but if your goal is to transform your body, how you feed your body will play an important rôle.

Training (exercices) have a role of support of maintenance of the body.

When we talk about pure weight loss, eat less calories that you burn each day is the key of the equation.

But we want do everything to avoid to have heart disease and diabetes. It for this reason we need to focus on the food’s type that we eat and the amount of food that we eat.

Calories are equal to loss weight

A person eat around between 3000 and 3500 calories per day of everything he/she wants. And now, he/she wants to lose weight.

This person decides to eat 2200 calories per day by eating less. This person doesn’t change what he/she eat but change proportions.

This person see that he/she loses weight, it’s good and it’s possible that he/she feels unhappy because he/she decreased drastically his/her normal amount of calories. Yet, it’s a good step in the right direction.

When we consume on average less than 500 calories per day, we burn 500 calories that we have in excess in our body. We can combine this with exercice and we can lose aound 0.45kg (1lb) of body mass per week.

As quoted on Examine.com , « a net negative energy balance…is responsible for weight loss ».

You noticed, it says « lose weight » and not « lose fat ».

It’s at this point that the big problems begin. People eat less and it’s enough for them.

We know our body react differently to certain types of food like sugar. Certain food fill the stomach more than other without have a lot of calories (vegetable). And others fill us less the stomach with a lot of calories (soda, cookies and candy).

Remember that all processed foods are scientifically created so that you are always lacking this type of food as a drug addict.

Use small plates is very effective to help to eat less. A study from Cornell University  found that if they gave people a large tub or a medium tub of popcorn, and then gave them stale popcorn, the size of the tub mattered far more than the staleness of the popcorn in determining how much people ate !

We’re not rational creatures. Some food are dense in calories and low in nutrients and make us hungry all day.

Compared to a diet of vegetables and meat, it’s the opposite. It’s food low in calories and dense in nutrients and we have a sensation of satiety. Which make it easier the reduction of calories to lose weight.

If you have a lot of weight to lose, eat less to start to be in the good direction.

Now if you want an athletic body, it’s a little bit different. There is 2 type of food that affect the composition of our body and our athletic performances.

Eating for health and success

To have an athletic body, you must take care about your macros (a certain amount of fats, carbs and protein).

It’s clear that 100 grams of vegetables carbohydrates is not equal to 100 grams of candy :

  • Consideres that sweets and processed food are created for you to eat and buy more like a drug addict.

  • Look the difference of micronutrients between vegetables and candy

  • Pay attention of your energy after eating vegetables and sweets/candy. With which you have the most energy ?

We searching a way to eat that allow us to have a good look/appearence and to feel good. A diet that takes us away from the hospital and allows us to enjoy life.

Look, if you like the idea to eat less but you don’t like the idea to count calories and macros each day, you can hack something. Stay focus on a type of food : Real food !

Instead to count calories

At each meal, have 1-2 vegetables in your plate (or the half of the plate) and have a great source of protein.

Not aim to lose weight for a few weeks

Track your calories and macros for few days or 1 week to analyze what you eat. Take note, note the size of portions and do the total of the quantity of the day. This allows you to plan your meals during the day and during all the year.

We know that eat less and to more physical activity, help us to lose weight and we are still overweight. Eat less isn’t a permanent solution because there is also the element of behavioral psychology.

Real food

It’s simple, our body is a complex machine. And even if a calorie is a calorie is a simple equation to lose weight, each « health » factor can be affected by the quality and nutrients of this calorie.

For this reason, I want you eat real foods, decrease sugar and think long term (new habits) rather than the 12-weeks formulas.

P90X, Insanity, Weight Watchers, Shakology And Nutrisystem (part 2)

I read a Nerd Fitness article  and there is good stuff.

There is more than 1 million fitness product and diet system. This is what I think of certain.

Shakeology

Replace one of your meal each day with a shake. Shakeology’s shake pretend have « 70 nutritious ingredients to help to detox and protect the body of free radical damage and help against food carving and help to have a healthy libido » ».

Advantages

Like Nutrisystem and Weight Watchers, Shakeology is simple. Replace a meal with a shake and lose weight. I didn’t try but people say it taste good and it has a good source of protein and a nice amount of protein per shake with a little sugar.

If you travel, it’s easy to have a little shakeology’s powder to drink it to replace a meal.

Disadvantages

I don’t suprise people lose weight with this plan if they follow it exactly. They replace a meal (around 500-1000 calories) with a Shakeology’s shaker which is only 120-160 calories. It’s a reduction of caloric intake of 380-780 calories. Remember, just 500 calories less per day can have as result to lose 0.45kg (1lbs) per week.

For me, a meal of 120 calories is not good because you will be not satiated and not satisfied.

What happens when you don’t have Shakeology’s powder ou you don’t have acces to a blender or you’re traveling. Can you continue to consume the same amount of calories and maintain the same nutritious plan ?

Shakeology is good for people who want lose 4.5kg (10lbs) without changing lifestyle. It’s only for short term.

Juice cleanses

Stop to eat and drink this juice during 3-10 days to detox your body and lose weight. There is a million of juice cleanses, the concept is to not eat and replace all meals by a juice of fruits or/and vegetables.

Advantages

Instead to eat food, you just going to drink liquid calories all day. Because you don’t eat a lot of carb and sodium ( because you don’t eat solid food), you can lose a huge amount of water. Losing water can cause weight loss but it’s temporary. It’s not like losing fat !

You will eat more fruits and vegetable than usual.

Disadvantages

I think during these 3 days where you will not eat foods, you will ve miserable. You will just drink some fruits/vegetabels juices instead meals. You will essentialy drink sweet water with fibers.

The most of weights you will lose during these 3 days will be water according to the amount of carbs, grains and sodium that you consume usually. This weight loss is false because it’s only water.

When you will eat solid foods, the weight will quickly return.

If you want to a detox, take some days to eat a lot of protein, spinard, broccoli and cauliflower. If you want make real change in your life, read the next.

Exercice and diet

Instead to buy some powder’s shake, receive foods at home or replace solid foods by liquid, there is a philosophy named « Exercice and diet ».

No need to buy some weird stuff but it requires make changes in your lifestyle. The goal is to move more than stay seated and eat more real foods than processed foods.

Advantages

Every sytem talked before are solutions to short term. « Exercice and diet » is done to change the lifestyle for all life.

Instead to dramatically change how you eat and move during 3 months, you must change small things which will have long term results.

  • Rather to do exercice with a DVD during 90 minutes everydays, start with a walk,

  • Rather to count points or receive foods at home, study to cook and eat real foods.

  • Rather than being dependent on something to have success, be independent to have success.

« Exercice and diet » is the best to have long term results, to have results for life. If you’re traveling you know the different type of foods, you know how to eat healthy outside home. If you don’t have access to a blender or you can’t receive foods at home, you know how to cook a basic meal. If you can’t use a DVD player, you can do a complete bodyweight training session in a room or in a park.

« Exercice and diet » doesn’t ask you to spend a lot of money or buy fancy stuff or buy pre-prepared foods. It doesn’t ask you to have several hyper strict weeks and once it’s over, back to old habits. People make me laugh when I see them before summer, during summer and after summer. Rather that you have a new version of you (like updates) : healthy and happy !

Disadvantages

The big « Exercice and diet » disadvantages is that requires commitment and changes. No shake, no foods receive at home, no DVD but instead you must take of your health.

There is also another challenge to have long term change in your diet. Eat cookies, cakes and muffins are bad for you. You need to change this to see results.

It’s simple to learn but difficult to apply for people who search short term results. Everybody know we need to do more exercices and stop to eat junk foods but we can’t force our brain to do this. It’s for this reason we need to educate ourselves about willpower.

Results aren’t instantaneous like a click. « Exercice and diet » results can often take several months of change before seeing solid results.

Supermarket Mission

I read a Nerd Fitness article  and there is good stuff.

In a supermarket, the Matrix put a lot of traps to buy some junk foods. Here some tricks to avoid the Matrix’s traps.

The plan

You need a plan to succeed, it’s the basis. Create a list ! I use Evernote  to do my supermarket’s list but you can use a piece of paper or something else.

My list :

  • Rice

  • Pasta

  • Olive oil

  • Chicken

  • Tuna

  • Alaska pollock

  • Vegetables

  • Fruits

  • Green tea

  • Eggs

  • Legumes

  • Vitamines pills

May be it can help you to do your own list.

Don’t go to the supermarket with your stomack empty. It’s the best way to fall into all the Matrix’s traps to buy junk foods. Supermarkets put chemical odors intentionally to make you buy and with a full stomack, you avoid this trap like a champion.

Nutrition Label

Now we learn ingredients, we need to have a good judgment about nutrition lable. Luckily the most of healthy foods don’t have nutrition label like meat, fruits and vegetables.

If you buy something in bags and boxes, take 30 seconds to read the nutrition label. It’s crazy what you can find in foods today.

Here somethings you need to know about nutrition label :

  • Don’t be scammed by the food’s name – « healthy food », « natural » shouldn’t blind you. Be sure it’s not a scam like Nestle’s Fitness or Kellogg’s Special K.

  • Scan ingredients list – The first ingredient in the list make up the most of the product. Usually, the fewer ingredients, the better. Don’t be scammed by ingredients name with the mention « all natural ».

  • This is not because it’s not written sugar that there aren’t inside – You know these cereals bars named « healthy » like Nestle Fitness cereal bars or Kellogg’s Special K cereals bars.

  • Avoid high fructose corn syrup – Take whole grain bread and in some whole grain bread you will see in the first five ingredients « high frutose corn syrup ». Shit.

Your body is the only one you have, so take care about the foods you put inside.

Vegetables and fruits

A challenge ? Everytimes you go to the supermarket buy a new vegetable or fruit and learn to prepare it. If you don’t know the vegetable or you don’t know how to prepare it, use Google or DuckDuckGo  or you can ask to an employee. There is a lot of choice of vegetables and fruits in the world and we should take advantage of it.

Fish and meat

Don’t be afraid about meat’s fatty curs to save money. The enemy isn’t fat.

Select meats based on your goals. Beef’s fatty cuts is excellent to try to increase calorie levels to gain weight,. chicken breast’s boneless and skinless cuts is excellent to try to keep calories down to be lean.

You can buy bacon.

Tricks

  • Frozen vegetables are excellent – If you hesitat between fresh vegetables and frozen vegetables, select frozen vegetables. Frozen vegetables are good because they’re not bad, they’re easy to prepare and they’re cheap.
  • Check weekly coupons – You can save some money on foods you usually buy because you can have a discount with another brand. It’s a exemple.
  • Don’t be scammed by the sale price – Even if it’s « 10 for 10.- » usually you don’t need to buy 10 so don’t be scammed by the Matrix. Often, you can bu 3 and have access to the sale price.
  • Have supermarket’s member card – It’s free and you can have huge discounts.
  • Go to the supermarket next to your house – Vegetables and fruits can spoil quickly if you do a big trip so go to the supermarket next to your house.
  • Buy in bulk – Very convenient to have a stock of fruits, vegetables, legumes, tuna can or peanut butter. All these things can be keep longtime, it’s cool.

Story

This is the Bobby’s story. A handsome guy with a nice body. He was famous in the gym where he trained. Bobby liked his physique and make selfies everytime. Bobby was proud and everybody liked him. One time, in the gym, he discovered Stacey who made a selfie of her booty. BOOM, he looked her, she looked him and they felt in love.

3 months later, they get married. 9 months, they had a baby, Wayne. Now Bobby must work harder to support his family but the problem is he can’t train because he has no more energy. When he looks his mirror, he sees something on his abs growing and growing.

He notices than Stacey gains also weight. Bobby and Stacey are depressed because of theirs bodies. They remember the selfies and they’re more depressed. Bobby suffers and everytimes he says to himself : « This monday, I go to train ! » and when the monday comes, he has no more energy. Stacey can’t cook, she has no more energy because she take care of Wayne. So they eat burgers and pizzas. Right now, Bobby can’t see the mirror because he gained 30kg (66lbs).His best friends is the ground, he looks only it.

How to do to help Bobby and Stacey. Bobby can’t help Stacey because he can’t help himself. They need to find a solution because by this way, Wayne will be overweight. Bobby and Stacey don’t want other students laught about Wayne’s weight.

The Secret

The secret ? Be responsible of your body. Stop to listening bullshits like with a diet, pills or exercice, you can make your belly disappear ! Be organized ! Seek the person inside of you who want a better health. Be organized to reach your goals.

Change your friends. Negatives friends, friends with bad health, don’t see them no more except if they want to change theirs lifestyle with you.

Change food in the kitchen. Throw out all junk food and buy healthy food like fruits, chicken, tuna, oatmeal, olive oil, peanut butter (homemade), etc. Learn to cook healthy meals. Cook together it solidifies the family. You are a team.

Food

Prepare meals in advance for all day. By this way you don’t eat junk food and you don’t lose your money. Women, naturally, have more fat than men and it’s normal because it’s to be pregnant. Men don’t have excuses. When you manage your foods, you don’t have overweight’s problem. It’s true, plan meals in the day.

When you have the time to watch a tv show, you have the time to cook. You can watch your tv show in the weekend. Foods before tv shows ! Internet is a beautiful source of healthy recipes, it’s simple.

Stop eat pizzas, ice-cream, etc. Move, find the person inside you who want do something, no one who wait for a magic spell. This one is lost forever !
