How I Track My Body Progress September

Follow this method on how I track my body progress with a low budget. Each month photos, measurements, and body fat(%)  show me where I am in my evolution to reach my Golden Ratio. I take my results in the morning with my stomach empty or a glass of water. I calculate my body fat ( %) with the 1 site skinfold measurement  (fat caliper) and I use the caliper’s chart.

Low budget tools for your body progress

I have been using these tools for years and they’re good indicators to see your progress. It’s easy to use and quick. No need to go to a special place to get the results, you can do it at home. (Body tape measure/skinfold caliper/body fat measurement chart picture)

  • Height : 175 cm (5 ft 8.8 in)
  • Weight : 82 kg (180.7 lbs)
  • Body fat(%) : 10.5 %
  • Waist : 87 cm (34.2 in)
  • Chest : 97.5 cm (214.9 in)
  • Arms : 35 cm (13.7 in)
  • Forearms : 29.5 cm (11.6 in)
  • Shoulders : 122 cm (48 in)
  • Hips : 96 cm (37.7 in)
  • Thighs : 60 cm (132.2 in)
  • Calves : 39.5 cm (87 in)
  • Neck : 38 cm (84 in)

My Goals (Golden Ratio)

  • Height : 175 cm (5 ft 8.8 in)
  • Weight : 75 kg (165.3 lbs)
  • Body fat(%) : 5 %
  • Waist : 77.5 cm (30.5 in)
  • Chest : 110.5 cm (43.5 in)
  • Arms : 40 cm (15.7 in)
  • Forearms : 32 cm (12.5 in)
  • Shoulders : 121.47 cm (47.82 in)
  • Hips : 94 cm (37 in)
  • Thighs : 58.5 cm ( 58.5 in)
  • Calves : 37.5 cm (14.7 in)
  • Neck : 40 cm (15.62 in)
